Ted is a Maryland native and has been a practicing member of the Maryland Bar since 1996. He handles Landlord-Tenant matters nearly exclusively. Ted has vast trial experience in both the Circuit and District Courts in all types of Landlord-Tenant litigation involving both government subsidized and conventional housing. Olivia, is a Towson University Graduate and has worked full time for the firm since 2022. She manages the Failure to Pay Rent cases, and communicates with clients effectively to ensure that the court process goes as smoothly as possible. Olivia also appears in court to represent our clients in Failure to Pay Rent matters.
